This site has a unique visual feel to it and includes some custom features that help the foundation streamline its operation and  organize their application process. The home page is a large, rotating collage of images that highlight the work of the Quimby Family Foundation in the areas of the environment and the arts.

Those visiting the site can review the guidelines of the foundation, download the application, and submit a concept letter online. The concept  letters could then be viewed by board members online.

Planet Maine also helped the foundation organize applicant information into a database.
